**We are seeking a highly motivated Female Medical Receptionist to join our team and play a vital role in the first impression we make on our patients.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Schedule appointments according to physician availability, insurance requirements, and patient needs.
- Verify patient insurance information and pre-authorization for procedures.
- Collect co-pays and patient payments.
- Assist patients with filling out registration forms and medical history questionnaires.
- Manage patient flow, ensuring timely appointments and efficient use of physician time.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform basic data entry tasks using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Answer patient inquiries about appointments, billing, and insurance in a courteous and informative manner.
- Restock office supplies and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- May perform other clerical duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting or other customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations.
- Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient service.
- Proficiency in medical terminology a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
