**Job Role**

**Data Research and Collection**:

- Conduct thorough research on the fertilizer market, including industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Collect and compile relevant data from various sources, such as industry reports, government publications, and market surveys.

**Data Analysis**:

- Utilize statistical methods and data analysis tools to interpret and draw meaningful conclusions from the gathered data.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to provide actionable insights.

**Market Intelligence**:

- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements affecting the fertilizer market.
- Provide regular updates and reports on market dynamics, potential opportunities, and threats.

**Report Generation**:

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of research outcomes with business objectives.

**Client Interaction**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their specific research requirements and deliver tailored insights.
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide support in utilizing research findings.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to integrate research insights into strategic planning.

**Qualification & Other Requirement**

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Economics, Agriculture, etc.).

4+ years of experience in data research and analysis, preferably within the agriculture or fertilizer industry.

Proficient in utilizing data analysis tools and software.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Must be willing & prepared for travel across assigned territory.

Strong industry networks and proven strong sales track record.

Having knowledge of CRU & Volza will be an additional advantage.

Age not more than 36 yrs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
