Tradelink International Pvt. Ltd. is a leading B2B fertilizer trading company, dealing in the domestic and international trade of bulk and specialty fertilizers including water-soluble nutrients ( Calcium Nitrate , Potassium Nitrate, SOP ) & TG Urea, Sulphur . We work closely with importers, distributors, cooperatives, PSUs, and large institutional buyers across India.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Fertilizer Sales Manager (B2B) to lead our institutional and bulk fertilizer sales operations across India. The ideal candidate must have strong industry knowledge and proven experience in building partnerships with large buyers such as PSUs, cooperatives, wholesalers, and agri-input companies. This is a strategic role focused on expanding B2B relationships and driving volume-based growth in a competitive fertilizer market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive bulk and institutional sales of fertilizers across India through B2B channels.
- Identify, onboard, and manage large institutional buyers, PSUs, cooperatives, and private importers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across procurement, logistics, and sales divisions.
- Participate in tenders, negotiate supply terms, and manage documentation in coordination with internal and external teams.
- Monitor import trends, government pricing, and market demand across commodities like water-soluble nutrients ( Calcium Nitrate , Potassium Nitrate, SOP ) & TG Urea ,Sulphur, etc.
- Ensure timely execution of orders and coordination with logistics, port, and warehouse teams.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports on price movement, competitor strategy, and customer feedback.
- Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets and gross margin objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in the fertilizer trading or agri-input sector.
- Proven track record in institutional/agri-wholesale trading and government/PSU tender participation.
- Deep understanding of domestic fertilizer distribution and trading ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel across India based on business requirements.
- Self-driven, analytical, and commercially sharp.
