Purpose of the Role

"1. Ensure zero Black and Red items as per BPR

2 Ensure all materials received with ASN and Bar Code

3.Ensure Zero defect materials received from supplier

4.Norm changes to be given to supplier for the agreement made with supplier"

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Efficient stores management, to ensure zero black and red items as pr BPR, with zero defects.

Co-ordinate with buyer and ensure no invoice pending in min and MOs, daily report should be sent in cases of any pending

Ensure that customer complaints are resolved within defined timelines with detailed defective component analysis

Enhance customer confidence by reducing quality incidents

Co-ordinate with sales and assembly for despatching the machines

Sending enquiry to LCC and other transports for receiving quotation.

Efficient and timely follow up about despatches

Daily monitoring the issue tracker point and co ordinate with concern dept and closing and high lighting the issue

Co-ordinate with Transport and stores to load and unload the materials within 10 -15 min/vehicle

Checking and signing of invoices in time for smooth flow of vehicle

Ensuring Quality rejected items discussing with R&D, Quality and educate to suppliers and ensuring to process as per process flow.

Co-ordinate with QA and Stores for moving accepted materials to stores in time

Monthly and Daily material requirement coordinate with PPC TEAM

Arranging the vehicle for collection of materials for request given by buyers

Daily conducting Review meeting with TEAM Members

Attending due date crushed machines meeting for on time material availability

Discussing with packing supplier on daily basis and ensure nil shortage of packing case

Ensure adherence to Business Excellence processes in all activities related to the section

Suggest and use the latest technologies, tools, and explore scope for automation for all activities within section
