**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**

**Material Procurement and Planning**: Oversee the procurement and planning of materials for casting, forging, electrical & electronic components, and parts used in vehicles and aggregates and foundry components.
**Utilization of IT Tools**: Leverage IT systems such as LTP, MRP, and Asterisk for efficient planning and material management.
**Supplier Capacity Planning**: Monitor supplier capacity to meet material requirements and escalate issues as necessary. Collaborate with supplier partners to address any gaps and ensure timely delivery.
**Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels, ensure parts and inventory norms are maintained.
**Plant-Level SCM Support**: Coordination with Plant SCM, PPC, SSU and Accounts.
**Change Management**: Implement and manage changes in engineering processes (EN process) to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with operational needs.
**Cost Optimization**: Focus on cost-saving initiatives across packaging, materials, and logistics to reduce overall costs. Coordinate efforts to achieve packaging cost and logistics savings for the department
**Focus on ESG**: Prioritize Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives in material procurement and supplier engagement.
**Team Management of South Hub**: Lead and manage the South Hub team.

Should have led Plant SCM team.
