Key Responsibilities

1. Providing technical support to sales team for understanding project feasibility as and

when required.

2. Project Site visit to understand the following activities:
(a) Project details for installation.

(b) Specific project requirements for installation

(c) Project timelines for installation.

(d) Project phases if any.

3. Any special detail discussed with sales / customer related to any instruction or special

request related to the installation is to be captured in Documents.

4. Preparation of Door Book & drawings.

5. Coordination with the Customer for the door book & drawings approval.

6. Project files to be prepared. Preparation of below documents:
(a) Input for DB Preparation.

(b) DB & Drawings.

(c) Any specific discussion with the customer related to the project execution or

product supply.

7. Site visit as and when required for any details to be cleared or any confusion comes

in the way.

8. Preparation of Drawings in Auto Cad.

9. Order processing in ERP

Personal Characteristics

Education qualification: BE / B-Tech - Mechanical Engineering

Experience : 3 - 5 years of experience in Project Coordination / Management.

Preferable Industry : Cold Chain/ Refrigeration/ Warehouse/ Construction/ Healthcare/

Food processing

CTC : As per industry standard

Required Knowledge / Skills/ Competencies:
1. Excellent communication skill

2. Solution finder to any problem related to his field

3. Good Listener

4. Understanding of how to interact with customers &Technicians. Time consciousness &
Time Management

5. MS Office

6. Knowledge & Exposure of any ERP software.

7. Knowledge & Experience on Auto Cad.

8. Knowledge on Drawings reading.

9. Should be able to Read electrical circuits.

10. Knowledge of tolerance & Fabrication drawings.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
