**Job Summary**:
The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and facilitating the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to allocate resources and establish project schedules.
- Break down projects into tasks and set realistic milestones.
- Facilitate communication between development teams and designers.
- Schedule and conduct regular project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and upcoming tasks.
- Provide timely updates to the project manager on project status and key milestones.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with team leads to ensure that team members are appropriately assigned to tasks.
- Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality websites and software.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure that project deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management).
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in website and software development.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
