Qualifications:

- Proven experience in public relations, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A positive and empathetic demeanor with a passion for building and maintaining relationships.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices is a plus.
