We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Counsellor to join our Institute. You will be the primary point of contact for all our students and potential customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with our students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate information about our coaching programs, schedules, fees, and any other relevant details.
- Address student concerns, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
- **Enrollment Assistance**:

- Guide potential students through the enrollment process, including explaining course options, assisting with registration, and coordinating payments.
- **Student Support**:

- Assist enrolled students with course-related queries, study materials, and logístical support.
- Serve as a liaison between students and instructors, helping to schedule appointments or resolve academic issues.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Generate reports on customer feedback, issues, and trends to inform improvements in our services.
- Coordinate on Marketing and creative designing

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (English is mandatory)**:

- **Pleasing Personality.**:

- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Working days: 6 days a week
- Timings: 9 hours

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Career counseling: 1 year (preferred)
