**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven **IT Recruiter** to join our **Staff Augmentation** team at Wildnet Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and deploying top-tier tech talent to meet the contract staffing needs of our clients across various geographies (India, US, UK, APAC). You will play a critical role in driving business success by ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales and delivery teams to understand client requirements, project scope, and required skill sets.
- Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
- Use various sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, internal database, and referrals.
- Maintain an active pipeline of IT professionals across technologies like Java,.NET, React, Angular, DevOps, QA, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Data Engineering, etc.
- Stay updated with current market trends in IT hiring, billing rates, and client needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment, preferably in staff augmentation or contract staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring processes.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client requirements simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in international hiring (US, UK, or APAC markets) is a strong plus.
- Experience working with high-volume staffing and fast-paced delivery environments.
- Understanding of employment types (C2C, W2, 1099 for US market) and regional compliance.
