**About RChilli**

**Role Overview**

We are hiring a **Business Development Executive (BDE)** for our **Mohali office** to help expand RChilli’s reach across India and global markets. This role is ideal for a **young, ambitious professional** with **6 months to 1 year of sales or business development experience** who is eager to build a career in **SaaS and HR Tech**. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting our sales growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Identify and reach out to new leads through **online research, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and networking**.

- Support senior sales team members in building relationships with potential clients.

- Schedule **meetings, demos, and presentations** for prospects.

- Assist in preparing **proposals, presentations, and sales documentation**.

- Keep **CRM records** up to date with lead and client information.

- Work with the marketing team to run **lead-generation campaigns** in India and global markets.

- Learn and understand RChilli’s **HR Tech products** to confidently present them to clients.

- Achieve entry-level **sales targets** and contribute to pipeline development.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Marketing, or related field (fresh graduates with strong internships may apply).

- **6 months to 1 year of experience** in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (**SaaS/HR Tech preferred but not mandatory**).

- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills** in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).

- **Eagerness to learn**, with strong self-motivation and a growth mindset.

- Familiarity with **CRM tools** (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.

- Ability to work effectively in a **hybrid setup**.
