International Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Execution**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targeted goals in international markets.
- **Lead Generation**: Utilize online platforms and tools to generate leads and expand our client base.
- **Client Handling**: Manage relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
- **US Shift Work**: Adhere to US shift timings as required to support international business operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an International Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies in international markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in online lead generation techniques and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work in US shifts and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
