**Position Overview**

We’re seeking **MBA graduates** who are passionate about **sales, business development, and client engagement**. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation, client handling, and market research, with an opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through various channels.
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
- Support client on-boarding, maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for the management team.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- **MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Development)** - recent pass-outs preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
