**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Interaction & Support**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their families.
- Address patient inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Guide patients through healthcare processes, including appointments, treatments, and insurance procedures.
- **Appointment & Schedule Management**:

- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, tests, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely communication between doctors, nurses, and other medical staff.
- Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and reminders.
- **Medical Records & Documentation**:

- Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) accurately.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
- Assist in processing medical reports, prescriptions, and referrals.
- **Insurance & Billing Coordination**:

- Verify patient insurance coverage and process claims.
- Assist with billing inquiries and payment plans.
- Liaise between patients, insurance providers, and hospital billing departments.
- **Administrative & Operational Support**:

- Manage patient intake and discharge processes.
- Assist in inventory management of medical supplies.
- Prepare reports and maintain databases for patient care tracking.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in healthcare coordination, medical reception, or patient care.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in EHR systems (e.g., Practo, Cerner), MS Office, and hospital management software.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Empathy and patience in handling patient concerns.

- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
