We are seeking a highly motivated **Short-Form Video Content Creator and Strategist** who will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of engaging short-form video content for our social media advertising campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ideation & Conceptualization**:

- Develop innovative ideas for 60-second reels and short videos that align with our brand and marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends to ensure content is current and engaging.
- **Content Creation**:

- Record high-quality videos using an iPhone or similar devices.
- **Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit videos to create polished final products ready for publication.
- Collaborate with additional resources like video editors when necessary, while maintaining responsibility for deliverables.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Analyze what type of content works best on different social media platforms.
- Visualize multiple perspectives to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- **Execution & Delivery**:

- Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets the quality standards of Gleuhr Skin Clinic & Products.
- Maintain a proactive, get-it-done attitude throughout all projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in creating short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and what drives engagement.
- Basic proficiency in video shooting and editing.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
