We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a **Reel Maker/Content Creator**. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality reels for social media platforms, primarily Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create visually engaging and on-brand short-form video content, including reels and stories, for various campaigns.
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts aligned with client objectives and current social media trends.
- Plan, shoot, and edit reels, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Use trending audio, effects, and transitions to enhance video appeal.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align video content with overall campaign strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in social media and video editing.
- Optimize content for social media algorithms to increase engagement and reach.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in creating engaging reels or short-form video content (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
