**Job Title**: Academic Counsellor

The Academic Counsellor provides academic guidance and support to students, helping them achieve their educational goals. They assist with course selection, career planning, and addressing academic challenges. The counsellor also serves as a bridge between students, faculty, and administrative departments, ensuring a smooth and enriching educational experience.

**Key & Responsibilities**
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and academic programs.
- Help students set and achieve academic goals.
- Provide information about graduation requirements, credit transfers, and curriculum pathways.
- Guide students in identifying career interests and opportunities.
- Help students align academic choices with long-term career goals.
- Organize workshops or sessions on career planning and development.
- Identify and address academic challenges faced by students (e.g., poor performance, time management issues).
- Offer guidance on improving study skills and managing stress.
- Refer students to additional resources such as tutoring, counseling, or financial aid services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Provide regular reports on student counseling activities.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to address student needs and resolve concerns
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate students.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in academic counseling, education, or student support services is preferred.
- **Salary:15000 -18000**:
Pay: ₹11,740.89 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
