**Responsibilities**

**Technical**
- Collaborate with New Zealand Building Service Team to understand the Engineering requirement to produce a high-quality model with all information in the respective elements.
- Get the strategic Engineering fundamentals from respective building service teams and develop further design through Revit Model.
- Undertake appropriate quality assurance and quality checks of engineering data integrity, including model health checks of BIM model,
- Develop an understanding of the time required for the given work and provide time estimates for the given task/work based on a set of inputs or briefs.
- Undertake activities as requested by your line manager or other senior team members to support the business.
- Work independently and under mínimal supervision as a key member of the wider BIM team.

and assist with providing documentation for verification activities
- Collaborating between New Zealand Building Service Team and iCRC team, to ensure successful delivery of the project
- Understand the engineering and develop the smart Revit Model for electrical disciplines.
- understand dynamo automation requirements to automate the population of the engineering information in the Revit model.
- Working on Coordination for discipline-specific services to minimize clashes and produce coordinated models and prepare the documentation, with reference to models provided by internal and external design team colleagues
| **Key Competencies / Skills**
- Sound written and verbal English language skills.
- Good knowledge of problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage in several tasks concurrently and become involved in design at an early stage where applicable.
- Ability to deliver under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for short-term assignments and training if necessary.
- Past experience in working on international projects, especially in the ANZ region.
