_**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all warehouse operations (inventory and staff) as a hands-on leader, serving and motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere.
- Supervision, training, and direct assistance of warehouse operations which include, but not limited to, loading/unloading, receiving, sorting, put away, picking, and inventory control.
- Leading by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by leading regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
- Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures.
- Measure and report KPIs (Key Performance Index) and operational metrics to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis and drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback and encouragement.
- **SUPERVISORY DUTIES**_**:_
- Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy.
- Supervise the unloading of vehicles, checking and movement to locations.
- Conducts physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences.
- Replenishes stock and inventory as needed.
- Ensures that all stock is stored in correct locations in the warehouse.
- Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule.
- Schedules materials being transferred to and from warehouse; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments.
- Make the GRN and quality check report as per the desired format.
- Prepare route planning for delivery and pickups
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
- Monitors expenditures; implements corrective actions if needed.
- Enforces operating instructions and safety policies.
- Resolves routine equipment issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ensure MIS reports are prepared and sent to respective in-charges
- **REQUIRED SKILLS /ABILITIES**_**:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Hindi, Tamil and English)
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
