We are looking for Field officers who have experience in Facility Management Services field,

1. Roles & responsibilities includes Manpower sourcing, security, Housekeeping, Technician, Help-desk, Office Boy etc deployment, on job training, Identify & design training needs, conduct training for all personnel.
2.Ensure collections of documents, maintenance of systems, processes as per SOP at clients place etc
3.Training on day to day operations, modern surveillance and vigilance techniques etc
4.Conduct fire safety training
5. Provide timely feedback to enhance staff performance etc
6. Looking after operations of employee Interaction with Clients, Checks and audits of process on sites
7. Address grievances of Employee and Oversee documentation and stocking of uniforms Training
8. collection of payments

10. Assist with Business team if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹260,000.00 per year
