**Position**: Voice Process Executive - Insurance Claims Process
**Location**: Chennai (Nehru Park)
**Department**: Insurance Claims / Customer Support
**Employment Type**: Full‑time, In‑office (Day shift: 9:30 am-6:30 pm)
**Experience**: Freshers / up to 2 years
**Language Required**: Fluent Tamil (English proficiency a plus)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls related to insurance claims.
- Guide customers through claims submission and follow-up.
- Verify and update claim data accurately in internal systems.
- Resolve issues or escalate as per process guidelines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and process compliance.

**Requirements**:

- 10th/12th pass or any graduate.
- Excellent spoken Tamil; basic or good English preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in insurance, claims, loan or credit card servicing is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Fixed salary ₹12,000-₹18,000 per month.
- Incentives/performance bonus up to ₹3,000-₹6,000 per month.
- PF & ESI coverage, training, and career path support.

**Shift/Timings**:

- Day shift (e.g. 9:30 am to 6:30 pm), 6 days/week.
