- Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure strategies remain competitive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product, etc.) to ensure digital campaigns align with overall business objectives.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.
- Lead and mentor junior digital marketing team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Experience in creating and executing successful PPC campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Proficient in SEO techniques, both on-page and off-page, with hands-on experience in optimizing websites for search engines.
- Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and social media advertising.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to produce compelling messages and calls to action.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certification.
- Familiarity with website analytics and A/B testing tools.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) for basic content creation.
