**Job Title: Payroll and Operations Support Coordinator**
The US Payroll and Operations Support Coordinator fulfills a dual role, managing payroll processing activities while also providing operations support to employees regarding software systems and related technologies. This position requires a blend of payroll expertise and technical proficiency to ensure seamless payroll operations and resolve support issues efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Processing**:
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing including data entry, calculations, and verification of timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and other compensation components.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation, including employee information, earnings, deductions, and hours worked.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Generate payroll reports for management, HR, and accounting purposes. Prepare and distribute payroll reports as required.
- Proactively communicate payroll-related updates, deadlines, and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- **Technical Support**:
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for various software/systems.
- Assist employees with login credentials, system navigation, and access permissions.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, addressing payroll and technical inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with employees, HR, finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and coordinate solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and utilize advanced functions and formulas.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Proficiency in tech support and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.**Job type**:
