**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for students seeking guidance on studying abroad, addressing inquiries and providing information about our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct follow-up communications with students to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to stay updated on university programs, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
- Organize and participate in webinars, workshops, and informational sessions to educate students about studying abroad and our services.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Gather feedback from students to continuously improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote our services and attract new students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
- A passion for education and a genuine desire to help students achieve their academic and career aspirations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
