**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sample Collection and Preparation**:
Collecting soil, plant tissue, and fertilizer samples from various sources. Preparing samples for analysis by following established protocols and procedures.

**Laboratory Testing and Analysis**:
Performing a variety of biochemical and microbiological tests on samples to assess nutrient content, microbial activity, and overall quality. Utilizing analytical instruments and equipment such as spectrophotometers, chromatography, and microscopes to conduct tests accurately.

**Data Recording and Analysis**:
Recording test results meticulously in laboratory notebooks and electronic databases. Analyzing data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas for improvement.

**Quality Control and Assurance**:
Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control protocols to ensure the consistency and reliability of our products. Participating in internal audits and inspections to uphold regulatory compliance standards.

**Research Support**:
Collaborating with research and development teams to conduct experiments and trials aimed at optimizing fertilizer formulations and improving product performance. Providing technical assistance and expertise during research projects as needed.

**Equipment Maintenance and Calibration**:
Maintaining laboratory equipment in proper working condition by performing routine maintenance and calibration procedures. Troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating repairs with external vendors when necessary.

**Safety and Compliance**:
Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks of accidents or exposure to hazardous materials. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines governing laboratory operations and waste management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree & Master's in Micro Biology & Biotechnology or a related field**.
- **3-5 years of experience **working in a laboratory environment, preferably in the **Agricultural Fertilizer field**:

- Proficiency in standard laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
