Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses according to standard procedures and protocols.
- Prepare and handle laboratory samples, specimens, and reagents with care and accuracy.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and chromatography systems.
- Assist in the development, validation, and optimization of laboratory procedures and methodologies.
- Record and document experimental procedures, results, and observations accurately and comprehensively.
- Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and reagents, and assist in ordering as needed.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues, interpret results, and contribute to the overall success of projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory workspaces, including cleaning glassware, bench areas, and equipment.
- Assist in the training of new laboratory personnel and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.
- Previous laboratory experience preferred, but not required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in basic laboratory equipment operation and maintenance.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data analysis.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and methodologies as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
