**Salary**: ₹11,400 to ₹22,400 per month + attractive incentives
**Target**: 20 to 30 Admissions per month
**Job Overview**:
As an **Area Sales Officer** in Admission Sales, you will be responsible for driving student enrollments in various educational programs offered by our institution. Your role is crucial in expanding our student base and ensuring that our admission targets are met consistently. You will be working closely with prospective students and their families, providing them with the necessary information and guidance to make informed decisions about their education.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Admissions**:
- Generate leads through various channels, including fieldwork, networking, and referrals.
- Engage with prospective students and their parents to explain the benefits of our educational programs.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and follow-up calls to convert leads into admissions.
- Meet or exceed monthly admission targets (20-30 admissions).
- **Market Research & Outreach**:
- Understand the local market dynamics and student preferences to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other potential partners.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and any challenges faced.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to students and their families.
- Maintain strong post-admission relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Meet monthly admission targets of 20 to 30 enrollments.
- Work proactively to ensure that a minimum of 75% of the target is achieved. Failure to meet this threshold may result in a salary deduction.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversion.
**Field Work**:
- Conduct field visits to meet potential students and their families, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, such as education fairs, workshops, and seminars, to increase awareness and drive enrollments.
**Target Conditions**:
- A minimum of 75% of the monthly admission target must be achieved to avoid salary deductions.
- Consistent achievement of targets will result in additional incentives and opportunities for career growth within the organization.
**Sales and Target Achievement**:

- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively to balance lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales.
