- Your future position?**

**Overall Mission**
- Develop and implement strategies and related tactical plans to source **raw materials pertaining to the Seasonings Procurement Category **and secure supply for those categories in line with the business plan **under supervision and guidance.**

**Core Responsibilities**

**Sourcing Strategy**
- Drive the development and implementation of RM category strategies
- Analyze markets and implement risk management strategies for the portfolio of **dedicated** **Natural Commodities **(processed vegetables, sugars, salts)
- Lead sourcing strategy development within cross functional team for key categories
- Drive sourcing strategy implementation by leading major RFQs and key negotiations

**Portfolio Management**
- Negotiate contracts
- Select, qualify and manage suppliers
- Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and actively involve creation and manufacturing in development of optimization plans
- Own key supplier relationship and lead supplier conflict resolutions
- Ensure adequate contract coverage for materials and supplier compliance to contracts
- Ensure vendor performance at target levels
- Manage critical supply issues related to quality and availability, define solution paths with internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Deliver on value creation targets, cash flow optimization and risk mitigation initiatives

**Stakeholder Relationship**
- Communicate business critical market updates to key internal stakeholders/Senior Global Category Manager
- Actively support responsible sourcing projects implementation & provide information to Procurement Sustainability Manager when needed
- Work on CO2 improvement initiatives with suppliers to reach Givaudan´s scope 3 targets
- Collaborate with relevant GBS teams to ensure implementation of tactical plans in order to deliver on the portfolio strategy

**Cost Optimization**
- Provide sufficient information for business planning process
- Develop cost reduction projects
- Provide price forecast and market trends for key commodities

**Your professional profile includes**:

- University degree in Business or Agronomy preferred or equivalent experience in the F&F/ Ingredient industry.
- 3 years experience and above in Procurement and/or functional experience.
- Experienced in F&F/Natural ingredients industry.
- Specific technical and market knowledge in the respective category
- Possess sourcing experience in the APAC region.
- Possess learning agility, strong negotiation skills, stakeholder management skills, team player and passionate to succeed.
