- Reporting To: Trustees / Top Management / Farm Manager and Supervisor

3. PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Join our team as a Security Supervisor and become a crucial guardian of our organization's safety. You'll oversee daily security operations, ensuring that our environment remains secure. Your responsibilities involve not only managing the security team but also maintaining and enforcing vital security protocols. You will provide both internal as well as external guidance and support to the security team, ensuring the overall security and well-being of our organization.

- Monitor alarm system

5. PRINCIPAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, train and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Patrolling at the premises on hourly bases needs to done where security persons are been deployed.
- Need to monitor the premises, surprise check of premises border, Important valuable material, Fencing compounds, Concertina wires, Y angles, cables, water motors.
- Making reports in writing in case of damage & lose happens reports to Farm Supervisor.
- Manage access control systems, surveillance equipment and other security technologies to ensure proper functioning and effectiveness.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents and violations, document findings and implement corrective actions.
- Planning and implementing comprehensive security strategies
- Developing work schedules, allocating tasks, and monitoring personnel performance.
- Preparing surveillance equipment maintenance schedules and facilitating repairs in a timely manner.
- Visiting twice a week for outside premises.
- Taking photograph if any security person is sleeping. Sharing reports if any security person is not performing his duties/ responsibility, misbehaving or any kind of issues.
- Other duties as suggest by the management.
- Surprise alcohol testing through alcohol testing machine.
- Main Gate Supervision, like attendance, inward outward, asset management like walkie talky, battery, safety sticks etc.
- Monitor Vehicle and material inwards and outward entry with proper checking of slip to be filled
- Monitor Visitor register and record keeping.

6. PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
- Preferable Age ~ 25 -35 years preferable
- Qualifications - Graduate in any field
- Diploma in Security and Safety will be added advantage.
- Ex Serviceman can apply.

7. Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to perform patrolling duties
- Knowledge of company policies
- Conflict resolution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
