Key Responsibilities

  • Develop training modules & content for security staff covering:
  • Physical security & patrol procedures
  • Emergency response (fire, medical etc.)
  • Handling conflict / crowd control / first aid basics
  • Use of security equipment (CCTV, alarm systems, communication devices)
  • Access control, visitor management
  • Legal regulations, reporting, documentation
  • Conduct classroom / theory and hands-on / field training session for new security staff and refresher training for existing staff.
  • Evaluate trainees via practical drills, tests, observation. Provide feedback and remedial coaching as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, safety norms (local and state) and company policies.
  • Maintain training records: attendance, performance, training schedule, gaps identified, corrections.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, branch managers to understand training needs and customize training accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum educational requirement: Graduate
  • Experience: 1-3 years in security operations; prior experience as trainer / supervisor desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
