**Role Objective**

We’re searching for a rule-breaker with taste — a creative content marketer who doesn’t scroll past trends but starts them. Your mission? Strategize and produce non-generic, thumb-stopping content that resonates with women of today and brings our brand story alive on Instagram.

**What You’ll Do**:
**1. Content Strategy with a Spark**
- Design and execute out-of-the-box content campaigns that go beyond product posts — think storytelling, emotion, transformation, and virality.
- Plan content that speaks to bridal dreams, daily luxury, styling hacks, and behind-the-scenes magic — all tailored to Instagram’s evolving algorithm.

**2. Trendspotting & Trendsetting**
- Not just follow trends — foresee them.
- Translate cultural moments, festivals, celeb fashion, and viral formats into original content ideas for reels, stories, and carousels.
- Infuse Indian heritage with modern aesthetics, in your own creative style.

**3. Content Creation & Execution**
- Script and storyboard original reels and visuals — no “copy-paste” content allowed.
- Work with our photography and design team to bring the vision to life — or grab a camera and shoot it yourself if needed.
- Write captions that hook within seconds and hashtags that hit the sweet spot of reach and relevance.

**4. Engagement & Community Building**
- Start conversations in DMs and comments — not just respond.
- Strategize polls, quizzes, AMAs, styling tips, jewellery care hacks, and interactive content that builds loyalty.
- Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and creators who actually align with the brand — no forced promos.

**5. Analyse, Learn, Reinvent**
- Track what works, kill what doesn’t, and constantly push the envelope.
- Use insights to tweak content styles, posting times, and messaging for maximum impact.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A head full of crazy, clever, and classy content ideas.
- Deep understanding of Instagram’s ecosystem, especially reels and engagement strategies.
- Natural storytelling ability — with a love for luxury, aesthetics, and femininity.
- Strong visual sense and basic design/video editing skills (Canva, InShot, CapCut, etc.)
- 1-3 years experience in content marketing or social media — jewellery/fashion/luxury space is a big bonus.

- Have worked with influencers or run viral campaigns.
- Can think on your feet and work hands-on — not just ideate, but execute.
- Understand the voice of Gen Z and millennial buyers.
