**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewelry products.
- Provide product information, including details about the quality and characteristics of diamonds.
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions and offer recommendations based on their preferences and budget.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area, ensuring that jewelry displays are well-presented.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the diamond jewelry industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of diamonds and jewelry is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: ₹915,059.20 - ₹1,260,640.64 per year
