**Job Title**:
Co-Founder(S) & Partner for Studio Business

**Location**:
Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

**Description**:
Seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join us as a _**co-founder**_ for our new studio business. As a co-founder, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision, strategy, and overall success of our venture. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the creative industry.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with the founding team to develop a compelling business plan and define the studio's goals and objectives.

2. Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities, target audience, and competitive landscape.

3. Contribute to the development and execution of the studio's creative vision, including concept development, artistic direction, and production processes.

4. Drive the growth and expansion of the studio through effective marketing, business development, and client acquisition strategies.

5. Build and manage a talented team of artists, designers, developers, and other creative professionals.

6. Foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and excellence.

7. Manage the studio's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

8. Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and key influencers.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments.

**Requirements**:
1. Prior experience in the creative industry, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.

2. Strong entrepreneurial mindset.

3. Deep understanding of the studio business, including production processes, project management, and client relations.

4. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

5. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., art, design, business) is preferred but not mandatory.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
