We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Sales Associate - Order

Verification Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our e-commerce sales department, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have placed orders on our website / marketplace to ensure the authenticity and intention behind each order. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

**Key** Responsibilities:

- **E-commerce Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective strategies to drive online sales, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Utilize your experience with CRM software to manage customer interactions, enhance customer satisfaction, and build brand loyalty.
- **Sales Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and foster a customer-centric sales culture.
- **Data Analysis**: Utilize data and analytics to identify sales trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Customer Experience Optimization**: Continuously improve the online shopping experience to increase conversion rates and customer retention.
- **Marketing Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives to support sales growth.
- **Inventory Management**: Work closely with the inventory and logistics team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Monitor and assess sales performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective measures.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions.
- **Customer Support**: Work closely with customer support teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Sales Manager or a similar role in the e-commerce industry.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and sales channels.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various CRM software platforms.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Results-driven and customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional online shopping experiences.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and online advertising campaigns.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Shift:
