**Qualifications**:

- **Native Spanish speaker** with fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Montessori, or any relevant field.
- Experience in a **Reggio Emilia-inspired** or inquiry-based setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of **child development** and constructivist learning.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and collaboration skills.
