**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintain company data files (contract, studies, report)
- Collaborate with Executive team, clients and vendors
- General administration and management of highly confidential information and files
- Typing - correspondence, reports, minutes
- Extensive telephonic duties and interaction with clients and vendors, screening of calls and requests for
meeting
- Timely administration
- Arranging offices, access to building and team events if required
- To professionally assist the company at sector networking events
- Managing CEO’s personal as well as professional timetable.
- Assist CEO at events and meetings
- Maintain employees leave records
- Lastly, being the first point of contact and key liaison for the office

- Graduate degree
- Prior experience in secretarial work preferably in the **financial sphere**
- Excellent communication skills at a professional level
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Professional discretion
- Well-developed organisational skills

- Excellent communication and listening skills (both verbal and written)
