**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities***:
**Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain the Founder's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.**Strategic Initiatives**:
- Collaborate with the Founder to execute strategic projects and initiatives.
- Track project progress and provide timely updates.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.**Operational Oversight**:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with company goals.
- Prepare and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Assist in creating and managing operational processes.**Confidential Tasks**:
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of integrity.**Relationship Management**:
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment.**Skills**:
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
