Roles & Responsibilities:
** Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Procurement Services: Involved in activities like RFP/RFQ, offer receipt, Evaluation of Vendor Packages, Techno-commercial evaluation, Benchmarking, Negotiation, Finalization of order, contracting strategy, release purchase order/work order etc.
- Leverage the spend and deliver annual savings through negotiations and innovative supply strategies.
- Empanel in best in class suppliers in services procurement area and help them to grow their business with Wipro.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure Wipro’s interest are protected in the market place.
- Develop & analyze various options and present alternative solutions to sourcing needs.
- Able to do internal process mapping and develop improvement plans.
- Responsible for supplier relationship & performance management, Partner with the business leadership & clients to enable short and long term strategies.
- Ensure all the strategies and subsequent procurement are done in accordance with the procurement policy.
- Ability to learn new technologies and able to do change
- management effectively.
- Conduct RFPs to determine the right supplier and ensure the best overall value is obtained for the company.
- Stakeholder expectation management.
- Cross functional collaboration with finance and other functions.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, minimum at experienced level.

Qualifications:
** Experience required**:

- Experience in Purchasing & Contracting of IT Hardware and Software Products & Services, Telecom, Manpower, International Facilities management etc.
- Drive global/regional supply strategies for Europe Geography
- Global Sourcing experience
- Knowledge of Source to pay process
- Knowledge of ERP, INCO Terms, taxes etc
- Develop and implement global procurement strategy to achieve cost savings, improve quality and ensure timelu deliveries.
- Supplier Management -Negotiate contractual terms with suppliers aligning to organizational objectives.
