**Customer Support Executive - Insurance Sector (Hindi)**

**Location**: Begumpet, Hyderabad
**Experience**: Freshers can apply
**Education**: Any Graduate
**Salary**: ₹15,500 - ₹20,833 per month + Incentives + Joining Bonus
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to insurance queries.
- Communicate clearly with customers in **Hindi** (English is an added advantage).
- Assist customers with policy details, renewals, and claim information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and service quality standards.
- Work with the internal team to ensure smooth process flow.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,833.00 per month
