- **Student Welfare**: Address student discipline, manage student behavior, and provide support for students needing academic, behavioral, or emotional assistance.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise and evaluate staff, provide guidance and support to teachers, and assist in conducting in-service training programs for staff development.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize school events, field trips, exhibitions, and other workshops, and assist with the promotion and awareness of school programs.
- **Budget & Policy**: Help in the development of the school budget, review and update school policies, and ensure compliance with CBSE academic policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills
- **Education**: A Master's degree with a B.Ed. or M.Ed. is often required.
