Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and highly experienced
School Principal
to lead a reputed CBSE school in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership experience, strong academic expertise, and the ability to drive excellence in curriculum delivery, staff development, and student outcomes. The role requires a strategic leader who can balance academic innovation with effective administration and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence and holistic development of students.
  • Design, implement, and oversee curriculum planning in line with CBSE standards.
  • Lead and supervise the admissions process, ensuring transparency and effective enrollment strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong parent relationships, fostering open communication and trust.
  • Manage staff recruitment, training, and retention, promoting professional growth and team building.
  • Establish effective budget planning and financial management to support sustainable growth.
  • Ensure smooth school operations, compliance with CBSE guidelines, and adherence to educational standards.
  • Act as a role model for faculty and students, promoting a culture of discipline, innovation, and integrity.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the school management and governing body.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Principal in a reputed CBSE school in India.
  • Strong background in curriculum design, staff leadership, admissions, parent engagement, team building, and financial management.
  • Prior experience as a Founder Principal in a CBSE school will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated record of career stability with no job change in the last 3 years.

Location Preference

  • Candidates currently residing in Bangalore or South India will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Attractive salary of up to ₹2.5 Lakhs per month (based on current CTC, qualifications, and interview performance).
  • Additional benefits include accommodation and other allowances.

Other Details

  • Notice Period: Maximum 3 months.
  • Career Stability: Essential requirement – candidates should not have changed jobs in the last 3 years
