**Location**: Electronics City, Bangalore.
**Experience**: 4-8 Years
**Qualification**: Any Graduate
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations including **housekeeping, security, transportation, facility management, and vendor coordination.**:
- Handle procurement of office supplies, **stationeries**, and maintenance-related materials within budget.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office utilities, assets, and infrastructure through timely maintenance and **AMC renewals.**:
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and support HR in payroll coordination.
- Manage **travel arrangements**, company transport facilities, and guest house administration.
- Support statutory and compliance documentation, liaising with government bodies as required.
- Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure safety, hygiene, and discipline within office and plant premises.
- Organize internal events, meetings, and audits while maintaining records and **MIS reports.**:
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of administrative systems, vendor management, and office infrastructure.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and ERP tools**.
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
