Top 1% shopify stores in India, we have been bootstrapped and profitable with Industry leading benchmarks, we have grown from a 100 sq. ft. garage to now a 100+ people team within 2.5 years.
So, what we do differently? We focused on making the basics the heroes of our brand. To this day, we only offer 10 carefully curated styles. It might seem unconventional in an industry where variety is often seen as the key to success, but we've not only made it possible; we've made it profitable. Our philosophy is focusing on whats important and letting go of the rest.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
We are looking for an enterprising individual with the ZEAL and passion to solve complex problems at सादा / SAADAA.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ?

Processing returns and exchanges.
Maintaining proper documentation for returns and coordinating with the accounts team for the refund process.
Having thorough knowledge of the exchange/return functional area and department processes.
Proficiency in intermediate Excel and preference for knowledge of G-Suite.
Coordinating with the Customer Care department for escalations.
Working in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of Return Prime (preferred).

Should be industrious and ready to do multitask work. Be ready to maintain the daily worksheet.
Should have good knowledge of Excel.
Should have experience of 1-2 years in the claims/return department of customer service in an e-commerce environment.
Should know the customer and order journey in an e-commerce environment.
Should be ready to make calls to the customers and maintain data on the outcome.
Should have great attention to detail to process the refunds with 0% error.
Should have good communication skills (English is a must)

**Required Skills**:
Processing returns and exchanges.
Maintaining documentation.
