**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
We are looking for an enterprising individual with the zeal and passion to solve complex problems and manage the returns end-to-end of the website as well as the marketplaces.
**WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Handling end to end returns related operations.
- Liaise with logistic partners and internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain daily returns and update records, addressing discrepancies.
- Generate reports on various parameters.
- Expertise in exchange/return processes and intermediate Excel.
- Knowledge of Return Prime is preferred.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Coordinate escalations with Customer Care.
- Efficiently manage returns and exchanges, coordinating with accounts for refunds.

- Proficiency in marketplace operations.
