ABOUT US:
Sense Kaleidoscopes, a Unit of Ayathi Trust is a non-profit organisation engaged in the research and design of unique processes for primary and secondary educational and collegiate art skilling curricula. Our mission is to actively challenge the barriers keeping autistics and Neuro-divergents from being integrated into a more inclusive society. We are a small team ensuring social, emotional, cognitive and livelihood independence or semi-independence for autistics.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Plan, coordinate and implement structured and specialised individual student programs.

2) Implement non-linear, customised and neuro-divergent specific educational curricula

3) Work with individual children on their emotional state, their social skills, and build comprehension as each child experiences a different level of delay in their development.

4) Modify activities and design and develop pedagogies, methodologies and appropriate curriculums to promote student success.

5) Track and report the development and gaps of the individual children on a daily basis with the help of technology.

6) Be willing to participate in a a variety of extra-curricular an co-curricular activities including personal and professional development.

7) Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
1) Previous Experience as an educator

2) Passion to be an educator

3) Certified Montessori Teacher

4) Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pscychology or Social Work

5) B.Ed Special Education or M.Ed Special Education

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1) Immense patience with children and stable emotional state.

2) Experience teaching with a willingness to learn new teaching methods catering to ND children

3) Basic computer skills, comfort with Office 365

4) Punctuality and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.

5) Good communication skills and ability to work as a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Volunteer

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
