Job Description:
The Special Educator will coordinate and provide developmentally appropriate educational services to students whose abilities differ from their peers. Some of the responsibilities and duties are as follows:

- Directs monitors and mentors students with special needs
- Performs a variety of assessments and observations to determine areas in which student might require extra or modified educational support and services
- Develops Individualized education programs (IEPs) for each students, set learning goals and adopting modifications as necessary
- Implements IEPs, provides ongoing or follow up assessments and continually tracks progress and makes necessary modifications
- Create a safe and productive classroom environment for the student
- Develops, completes and maintains paperwork mandated by the regulatory bodies
- Prepare and help students transition from grade to grade
- Celebrates the achievements and successes of the students

Education Qualifications:
B.Ed in Special Education or Diploma in Special Education

M.Ed in Special Education (preferable)

RCI Registration (preferable)

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

total work: 1 year (preferred)

Work location is at Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
