- **Position Overview**_
- CDD Ops Associate is responsible for building, managing, and_
- maintaining a comprehensive network of qualified facilitators to support the_
- organization's Learning & Development initiatives. This role requires a deep_
- understanding of L&D requirements, facilitator competencies, and network_
- management to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training programs._

- **Key Responsibilities**_
- **Network Development & Sourcing**_

- Develop and maintain relationships with freelance facilitators, training_
- Create and execute sourcing strategies through professional networks_
- and industry associations_
- Conduct initial screening and assessment of potential facilitators_
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of engagement with facilitators_
- **Training Execution & Logistics**_
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and scheduling for facilitators working_
- within the budgetary requirements._
- Liaise with clients to gather training materials, venue specifications, and tech_
- setup needs._
- Manage training calendars, timelines, and pre-session preparations._
- Provide facilitators for appropriate trainings based on client requirements and_
- program within the required TAT_
- Ensure seamless execution of all logístical components for both in-person and_
- virtual training programs._
- **Database Management & Administration**_
- Maintain comprehensive facilitator database with detailed profiles_
- Track facilitator availability, specializations, geographical coverage, and_
- preferred delivery methods_
- Manage facilitator compliance requirements_
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and facilitator_
- rating systems_
- Handle escalations and performance issues professionally and_
- effectively_
- Fulfil requisitions_
- delivery style, and audience requirements_
- Support L&D teams in briefing facilitators on organizational culture,_
- learning objectives, and participant expectations_
- **Facilitator Relationship Management**_
- Maintain strong professional relationships with facilitators in the network_
- Coordinate facilitator onboarding and orientation processes_
- Facilitate communication between facilitators and project teams_
- Identify facilitators that can be good partners_
- Propose them to the leadership and establishing a partnership_
- Generate revenue through the partnership_
- **Required Qualifications**_
- Education & Experience_
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development,_
- Business Administration, or a related field_
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, Staffing, sourcing talent_
- management, or consultancy operations is preferred_
- Experience with database management and contract management is_
- preferred_
- Experience in building communities is a plus._
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to_
- build lasting professional relationships_
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills_
- Organization: Strong project management and organizational abilities_
- Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts and address performance_
- issues diplomatically_
- An eye for detail_
- Ability to work with aggressive deadlines_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
