l Helping BD / Marketing team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Executives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.

l Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.

l Take care of company mails - enquires or service related and ensure the same have been forwarded and replied by the concerned team member and share the summary of the same with stake holders.

l Research and identify prospective companies and the right point of contact within them using professional lead sourcing.

l Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.

l Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, and briefing documents for internal team meetings and external client meetings.

l Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to stake holders.

l Providing effective administrative support. Collaborating with other departments to ensure all queries are handled efficiently.

**Requirements**:
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Two or more years of professional experience.

Ability to prioritize and manage workload and work independently also as part of a team.

Experience as a coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
Good team development, self learning,interpersonal and team support.
Computer literacy with Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, customer service skill and ability to multitask work-in.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
