Job Summary:
As our Field Marketing Person, you will be the face of Jhanvi Creations in the field, responsible for promoting our brand, engaging potential customers, and building lasting relationships within the furniture industry. You'll have the opportunity to travel to various locations, showcase our exceptional products, and contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Management:
Organize and oversee our participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Ensure seamless event logistics, from booth setup to promotional materials.

Product Demonstrations:
Deliver captivating and informative product demonstrations and presentations at events and showrooms. Highlight the unique features and craftsmanship of our furniture.

Lead Generation:
Identify and engage with potential customers, interior designers, architects, and industry professionals. Collect and manage contact information to generate leads for follow-up.

Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers, business partners, and industry stakeholders. Serve as a trusted liaison between [Company Name] and our partners.

Promotional Materials:
Ensure that promotional materials, samples, brochures, and catalogs are readily available and professionally presented. Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.

Feedback Collection:
Gather valuable customer insights and feedback during field interactions to inform product development and marketing strategies. Provide regular reports to the marketing and product development teams.

Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities through continuous field research and networking.

Budget Management:
Effectively manage expenses related to field marketing activities within the allocated budget. Maintain accurate records and prepare expense reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in field marketing, preferably within the furniture manufacturing or related industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.

Familiarity with furniture design, manufacturing processes, and industry trends is a plus.
