Office Location: Nava India, Coimbatore

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kodo AI/ML Career Fast-Track Program, ensuring smooth execution of training and internship schedules.
- Coordinate across trainers, interns, sales, marketing, and shared resources to align on program goals and timelines.
- Manage scheduling for training sessions, workshops, assessments, and client projects.
- Monitor participant progress, collect feedback, and handle escalations.
- Assist in resource allocation, including hiring and onboarding of new trainees and interns.
- Liaise with HR, finance, sales, and leadership teams for reporting and program improvements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuously improve program delivery.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or training coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience with project management tools and MS Office or Zoho Workplace software suites.
- Prior experience working with educational or corporate training programs is preferred.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
